The Application Forms are listed below and can be completed by downloading the form and sending it back to us via email or fax).

Process

The application approval process takes  24 hours from the time of confirmed receipt.  Once approved, a Lease is sent via email for signature.

An apartment or home is only considered complete when both the Rental Application Form and Lease have been received and approved.

Fee

There is a $50 application fee.

Privacy

Rent East Coast uses personal information in your Application Form and Lease only for the purposes of determining rental eligibility.  We do not share or sell any personal information.
